This policy explains how we process the personal data you give us through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
Only the data you give us when you contact us:
- From the contact form: your name, the name and city of your business, the address of its website or Google listing (if you provide it) and your phone number or email.
- Anything you include in the messages you send us by email, text or other channels.
Please do not send us special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) or other people's data.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data, and we will not send you marketing messages without your consent.
4. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request. If we do not end up working together, we delete it at most 12 months after our last contact. If you hire us, we keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, for tax purposes).
5. Who can access it
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To operate, we use providers that process it on our behalf with the safeguards required by the GDPR:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and sending the form messages by email. This may involve an international transfer of data to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Cloudflare has joined, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Google Ireland Limited (Gmail): the email service where we receive and manage messages.
If you choose to contact us through a messaging app, that service is provided under its own privacy policy.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to support@siseagency.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: the website is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to messages is restricted to the people who handle them.
8. Minors
Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its update date.
